Our Story

Many of our team members grew up in rural areas. We know how hard it can be to access good education. We also know that learning should prepare young people for real life and 21st-century skills. These experiences inspired us to create Poe Sone Kyuu – Learning Studio. It is a platform that offers joyful, flexible, and affordable learning opportunities for children and youth aged 7 to 25. Globally, about 244 million children and youth aged 6–18 were out of school in 2021 (UNESCO Institute for Statistics & Global Education Monitoring Report, 2022).

This new global estimate shows that progress toward universal education is slowing, with many learners in Africa and Asia still left behind. In Southeast Asia, many children and youth continue to face barriers to learning especially in rural and under-resourced communities. Access to quality education and digital learning remains limited for millions. Poe Sone Kyuu Learning Studio, rooted in Myanmar and growing across the region, works to bridge these gaps. We provide accessible digital learning, creative offline resources, and non-formal enrichment programs. Our goal is to help children and youth learn with joy, confidence, and purpose.

We are proud to be a partner of UNESCO Myanmar. Together, we co-developed 10 financial literacy courses for adolescent learners. Our key partner, 10 Billion Strong, helps us reach more learners and expand our programs across Southeast Asia.

We aim to empower learners, teachers, parents, and communities with essential 21st-century skills. We believe in building confident, creative, and resilient individuals who can thrive in a fast-changing world.

We work to close education gaps in Myanmar and across the region. We create accessible, high-quality, and engaging learning tools and non-formal enrichment programs. Our mission is to inspire joyful learning, build life and digital skills, and support children and youth (ages 7–25) to grow with confidence, creativity, and purpose.
